These are inkjoy pens however they are non retractable gel pens versus the retractable gel pens. Just like the retractable pens they are refillable in these pins use the same ink cartridge as the retractable type

99% of my items can be personalized. If we do personalize it can add 1 to 3 days 3 days on to the turnaround time. I still stay within the 3 to 5 business day turnaround.
